Refund Policy

Setup fee

The one-time setup fee is refundable in full if cancelled within 48 hours of payment and before onboarding work has started. Once profile setup begins, the setup fee is non-refundable.

Monthly membership

Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current month is not refunded as services for that period are already delivered.

Failed or duplicate payments

Duplicate or failed transactions are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
